In Remembrance of Sergeant Brant "Butch" Nine
Sergeant Nine joined the Nappanee Police Department on March 15, 1982. He was shot and killed on November 3, 1988 while attempting to apprehend a forgery suspect. The suspect was later sentenced to 110 years in prison.

The event will be held at the McCormick Creek Golf Course in Nappanee, Indiana in June, 2012. (More information coming soon.) Over the last 22 years, more than $222,300 has been raised, awarding scholarships to area high school seniors.
